Thermage uses radiofrequency energy to gently and evenly warm the skin. This encourages the skin to tighten and renew its collagen over time, so the face looks firmer and smoother as a whole.

Neither is better in general. They do different jobs. Thermage is mainly for overall firmness, fine lines and early to moderate looseness. Ultherapy Prime is mainly for targeted lifting of the brow, jawline, cheeks and neck. The better choice is the one that matches what is happening in your face.
You are welcome to tell us what you have in mind, but we recommend a facial assessment first. Two people with the same complaint can need quite different approaches, and the doctor will explain why before you decide.
In some cases, yes. When a face shows both looseness and sagging, the doctor may plan the two together. Whether that is right for you, and in what order, is decided during your assessment.
Both treatments work with your own collagen, so improvement builds gradually rather than overnight. Changes usually develop over the following months. The doctor will explain what to expect for your skin.
Both are non-surgical, and most people return to their usual routine soon after. Some temporary redness, swelling or tenderness can occur. Your doctor will go through aftercare with you.
